My name is Dave Clark and I would like to welcome and thank you for visiting Clarky's Closeouts, the site where you will "NEVER PAY RETAIL AGAIN". To give you the quick breakdown on how this all came about, I was in the retail business for almost 25 years and over that time have met some great people that have helped me to find the best deals out there. When I started remodeling my own home and started to see the outrageous prices of building materials I made some calls to some of my wholesale contacts and was pointed in the right direction.

Building material store closeouts,building material liquidation sales,building material overstock sales and building material auctions. The best thing is its all brand new still in the box with NO damage.

Thats right everything is brand new still in the box and in perfect condition, NO seconds.All brand name items from American standard, Kohler,Eljer,KraftMaid,Crane, Sterling and the list just keeps going.

When a store closes I go in and bid against other buyers on the remaining inventory. Unlike the other buyers who will pay more because they resell it for retail, I try to buy it as cheap as possible so when I sell it I can average at least 60% or higher off of retail and sell it to you below wholesale. My goal is to save you as much money as possible as long as I can put a few dollars in my pocket to pay my bills and buy more inventory. All retail prices listed on this site are from your local home improvement stores or the manufacturer site. Due to many people's disbelief of the outrageous retail pricing you are welcome to double check my numbers and help keep me honest, actually I encourage it!

The majority of items I purchase(roughly 90%) go directly to auctions where I sell them. Clarky's Closeouts is something that I originally started for family and friends and as you can see has spiraled out of control. This is something I do on the side specifically to help people save money.
